Clover Buckwheat Honey
Dang it! Bees got into the neighbors buckwheat field! WOW! Now THAT'S some tasty honey!
Buckwheat purists will say that this is way too light for a buckwheat honey, and yes, I agree that there is definitely more to this than *just* buckwheat (most likely clover). While pure buckwheat honey has a kind of nutty, molasses taste, this honey has a touch of that. The end result is a bold, really yummy and very versatile honey.

Linden Blossom Honey
Newly extracted. This is a really yummy honey. It is light and sweet and has a nice fullness that makes it perfect for almost anything. It also has a bit of butterscotch from the fall asters and goldenrod. Supply is limited.
